SOFINA x Gmundner Keramik – the meeting of craft traditions.
In addition to porcelain and crystal, Sofinadesign is expanding its line to include a ceramic series. Tradition in manufactories and genuine handcraft are the heart of the Sofina philosophy. In order to expand the fine porcelain series to include ceramics, it was obvious that the cooperating company would share the SOFINA values:
Maintaining the tradition of genuine craftsmanship .
That's why the Gmunden ceramics factory in the beautiful Salzkammergut was chosen.
The new ceramic series “Pomegranate” combines the contemporary design of SOFINA with the rustic chic of Gmundner Keramik. The motif designed by SOFINA: a stylized pomegranate in Omera green, which has always been the religious symbol of love, life and fertility. The color of the edge can be chosen individually by the customer, so the new ceramic fits any interior.
